fa فراوانی رتینوپاتی نوزادان نارس در مرکز مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان بیمارستان بوعلی سینا ساری در سال 1380 پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف:</span> رتینوپاتی نوزادان نارس ROP (Retinopathy of prematurity)؛ ضایعه ای در شبکه نوزادان کم وزن در هنگام تولد است که می تواند منجر به کوری گردد. هدف از این مطالعه، گزارش فراوانی و شدت این عارضه در بخش مراقبت ویژه بیمارستان بوعلی ساری می باشد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها: </span>در این مطالعه مقطعی - توصیفی با استفاده از معاینات بالینی، نتایج آزمایش ها و تکمیل پرسشنامه، 68 نوزاد که دارای شرایط لازم برای ورود به مطالعه بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. این نوزادان در زمان ترخیص (یا 4 هفتگی)، 6 تا 8 هفتگی و سپس هر 2 هفته تا کامل شدن واسکولاریزاسیون شبکیه، تحت معاینه چشم قرار گرفتند، بررسی آماری نتایج، با استفاده از مقایسه میانگین دو جامعه، انجام شد.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها: </span>فراوانی ROP به طور کلی 7/11% (68/8) و ROP شدید در مرحله 3 بالاتر، 1.4 درصد (1.68) بود. هیچ موردی ازROP در سن حاملگی بیش تر از 34 هفته، دیده نشد. بیشترین فراوانی ROP در نوزادانی وجود داشت که وزن موقع تولدشان زیر 1500 گرم بود، اما مواردی از آن تا وزن های 2500 گرم نیز دیده شد. بین مدت زمان فتوتراپی، بالا بودن Rco2، شدت دیسترس تنفسی و ROP، ارتباط معنی دار آماری وجود داشت.<br><span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج: </span>با توجه به تفاوت فراوانی و شدت ROP در مقایسه با گزارش های کشورهای غربی، به نظر می رسد برنامه بیماریابی ROP در کشور ما، نیاز به بازنگری داشته باشد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose: </span>Retinopathy of premature neonates (RÔP) is a lesion in the retina of under weight neonates at birth, which can lead to blindness. Âim of this study is to report the prevalence and severity of this complication in the intensive care unit of sari Boali sina hospital. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods:</span> Ïn this descriptive- cross sectional study which was followed by clinical examinations, laboratory findings and by referring to the filled questionnair, 68 neonates met the necessary criteria, were selected. Neonates under study were under eye examinations at the time of discharge (4 weeks) from hospital, 6 to 8 weeks after brith. Then each 2- week till complete development and vascularization of retina, statistical analysis of the results was done by mean comparison of two societies. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Results : </span>Prevalence of RÔP was generally 11.7 % and severity of RÔP at stage 3 or greater was 1.4 % . No case of RÔP at gestational age of more than 34 weeks was observed. Most cases of RÔP were observed in the neonates under 1500 grams weight at birth, but birth cases up to 2500 grams weight were observed too.
