fa بررسی سبک های اسناد دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال تحصیلی 88-1387 پژوهشي-کامل Research(Original) <div style="text-align: justify direction: rtl"> <span style="font-weight: bold">سابقه و هدف : </span>شناخت سبک‌های اسناد دانشجویان و سوق دادن آن‌ها به سمت مسئولیت‌پذیری و نگاه درست به خویش به منظور پایه گذاری موفقیت‌ها و خلاقیت‌های فراوان از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار می‌باشد و نیز باتوجه به اهمیت آن در پویایی، تحرک و یا انفعال و کم انگیزگی افراد، پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی سبک‌های اسناد دانشجویان علوم پزشکی مازندران انجام شده است. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">مواد و روش ها : </span>این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش حدود 2582 نفر دانشجویان (دختر و پسر) شاغل به تحصیل دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال تحصیلی 88-1387 می‌باشند که از بین آن‌ها تعداد 343 دانشجوی پسر و 428 دانشجوی دختر به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه استاندارد "سبک اسنادی راتر" صورت گرفت. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">یافته ها :</span> این پژوهش نشان می دهد 9/43 درصد از دانشجویان این دانشگاه سبک اسنادی درونی و 1/56 درصد سبک اسنادی بیرونی را انتخاب کرده اند. دانشجویان دختر 3/42 درصد سبک اسنادی درونی و 7/57 درصد سبک اسنادی بیرونی، همچنین دانشجویان پسر 8/45 درصد سبک اسنادی درونی و 2/54 درصد سبک اسنادی بیرونی را انتخاب کردند. <br> <span style="font-weight: bold">استنتاج : </span>با توجه به نتایج حاصله سبک اسنادی غالب دانشجویان سبک بیرونی است که این امر تاثیر سویی بر انگیزه تلاش و پیشرفت تحصیلی و نهایتاً موفقیت آن‌ها خواهد گذاشت. بنابراین آموزش راهبردهای مقابله‌ای در کاهش سبک‌های اسنادی بیرونی دانشجویان ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. </div> <span style="font-weight: bold">Background and purpose:</span> Ïdentifying the students’ attributional style and helping them to be responsible and have a proper view is of critical importance which can lead them to achieve greater success and creativity. Çonsidering its significant role in being an active or a passive, and demotivated person, the present study was conducted in order to determine the attributional style of the students studying in Mazandaran Üniversity of Medical Sciences. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Materials and methods: </span>This is a descriptive study conducted in Mazandaran Üniversity of Medical Sciences in 2008-2009 with the population of 2582 students on 343 male and 428 female randomly selected students. The data were collected using the Âttributional Style Questionnaire. Âmong the female participants, 42.3% used internal and the rest (57.7%) employed external attributional style, similarly, 45.8% of the male participants preferred internal and 54.2% of them tend to use external attributional style. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">Çonclusion:</span> Âccording to the results, the dominant attributional style of the participants is the external style which has a negative impact on their motivation, effort, and academic achievement which then, may negatively influence their success.
