fa کیست های ادنتوژنیک در کودکان: گزارش دو مورد دندانپزشکي اطفال Pediatric Dentistry گزارش مورد Case Report <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:kashida;text-kashida:0%;text-indent:17.0pt;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"><span style="font-family:b zar;">کودکان قربانی طیفی از ضایعات پاتولوژیک هستند که معمولاً منجر به تورم فک می</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">‌</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">شود. کیست دنتی ژروس یکی از شایع</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">‌</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">ترین کیست</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">‌</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">های ادنتوژنیک است و با تاج دندان رویش نیافته با دندان در حال رویش مرتبط است. کیست رادیکولار یکی از انواع کیست</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">‌</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">ها است که با دندان نکروز مرتبط است. این کیست در دندان های شیری نادر است. این مطالعه، کیست رادیکولار مرتبط با مولر شیری به دنبال درمان پالپ و کیست دنتی ژروس در سمت راست ماگزیلا در کودک 10 ساله را گزارش می</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">‌</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">کند. تشخیص و درمان زود هنگام کیست</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">‌</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">ها در کودکان به خصوص در مواردی که ضایعه دندان دایمی را درگیر کرده باشد، خیلی مهم است. هدف از این گزارش مورد، بیان درمان دو مورد کیست ادنتوژنیک در کودکان</span> <span style="font-family:b zar;">می</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">‌</span><span style="font-family:b zar;">باشد.</span></p> <p>Children are the victims of a spectrum of pathological lesions which usually lead to varying degrees of jaw swelling. Dentigerous cyst is the most prevalent type of odontogenic cyst and is associated with crown of an unerupted or developing tooth. Radicular cyst is one of cysts in association with non vital teeth. Radicular cysts arising from deciduous teeth are rare. This report presents a case of radicular cyst associated with a primary molar following pulp therapy and a case of dentigerous cyst in right maxillary region in a 10-year-old child. Diagnosis and early treatment of these lesions in children is of great importance, especially in cases where the lesions enclose permanent teeth.
