Acquired ichthyosis is a scaly skin disease that usually affects the trunk and limbs, commonly on the extensor surfaces. It is a nonhereditary disorder usually appears during adulthood and is seems to be associated with large number of disease and medications. In this paper we report an extremely rare a case of bilateral acquired localized ichthyosis on breast in a 19-year-old girl. She had not any past medical and special drug history. The diagnosis has confirmed by exact physical examination and pathologic evaluations and now the lesions are improving by suitable treatment.
