Ïn this report we present a case of 74 years old woman with breast tuberculosis.
Ïn clinical examination, a mass was noticed, which was considered as malignant tumor, but histological investigation of breast lesions indicated varions casious granulomas.
Smear preperation of breast mass exudate was negative for tuberculosis, but the culture was positive after two months. Mastectomy was performed, antitubercular drugs were prescribed and the patient’s recovery was significant.
